We are Element 47, a Seattle band composed by Marco Argenti (guitar), Jay Greer (guitar), Bob Grogan (bass), Tyler Dustin (Lead vocals), Matthew Peteshel (Drums).
We’ve been together for around three years, although most of us played in bands for the last 20 years or so. We play a mix of rock and alternative music such as the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Radiohead, Foo Fighters, U2, R.E.M., and Coldplay, and some of our own. We performed in several locations in New York City and our hometown Seattle, and we have been active in organizing fundraising concerts for Team for Kids of New York Road Runners, JDRF against Juvenile diabetes, and PanCan. Our former singer and dearest friend, Matt Bencke, passed away on October 18th, 2017 at the age of 45, after a short battle with pancreatic cancer. On October 23rd, we organized a fundraising concert in his honor, and raised in excess of $100,000 to fight pancreatic cancer. We like to help other people, and do it through our passion.
We are open to performances, and appreciate a chance to help at charity events.
